As a wife, a mum to three beautiful children and a dedicated small business owner, Sandy understands the pressures that come with trying to do it all. After working for big firms as a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) and BAS Agent, she recognised that what she really wanted to do with her career was make a difference to small businesses – which is exactly what Norts & Crosses now does every day.

With 15 years of experience, and a plethora of skills and knowledge, and a whole lot of passion, Sandy can offer a whole lot more than just crunching numbers. Her outsider’s perspective and ability to look at a business with fresh eyes can help business owners find opportunities they might otherwise have missed being so deeply entrenched in their business.
